Privacy policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to deliver your top-up and support your order - your game ID, the pack you bought, and a contact detail. We never ask for your game password, and we never see your full card number or mobile-wallet PIN.
What we collect
- Order details: the game, your player/User ID and Zone/Server ID, the pack, and the amount.
- Contact: an email address (and, if you provide it, a phone number) so we can send order updates and help with support.
- Account: if you sign up, your email and login are managed by our authentication provider (Supabase).
- Basic technical data: standard request logs used to run the site securely.
What we do NOT collect
- Your game password - a top-up never needs it, and we never ask.
- Your full card number or your bKash/Nagad/Rocket PIN - these go directly to the payment gateway, not to us.
Who we share it with
- SSLCommerz - to process your payment.
- Our fulfilment provider - the player ID and pack, so your top-up can be delivered.
- Supabase - our database and authentication provider, which stores your orders and account.
- Google (Gemini AI) - if you use the on-site “Ask Topryx” assistant, your message and a summary of your own recent orders are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate a reply. Do not type anything into the assistant you would not want processed by an AI service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
- Order records are kept for as long as needed to support the order, handle refunds and disputes, and meet record-keeping obligations.
- You can ask us to delete your account data - contact us and we will action it where we are not required to retain it.

- Ask what we hold about you, or request a correction or deletion, via the contact page.
